Overview -

Deep Stream Records is an artist development and music production company based in the creatively vibrant and beautiful corner of western Massachusetts known as The Berkshires.

The Deep Stream team is focused on building sonic and visual worlds for each of our artists that best represent their unique talents and individual voices. 

Giving our artists a platform to present themselves to the world by partnering in content creation is our main goal.

The team -

With over 20 years experience in music, entertainment, and visual arts, Alex Vazquez provides an unprecedented skill set in the arenas of music production, arranging, audio engineering, live performance, photography, video and film production, editing, web development and social media promotion.

Chris Merenda and John Hensler have joined Deep Stream, adding over 30 years of business experience, and seasoned with time on stage as performing musical artists. They will be collaborating with each artist to maximize their social media presence, and to ensure that Deep Stream releases gain traction in the crowded marketplace.

Our ‘one on one’ approach -

The Deep Stream focus is on producing individual works for release with the “Single” template in mind….

The production team and artist will concentrate their efforts on completing the music and visual presentation for one great song at a time. The single will be placed in our release roll-out schedule. Coupled with the visual components this hand-crafted representation is then delivered to the world.

The facility -

The studio is set in the bucolic Berkshire woods, just minutes from Great Barrington, which is central to many of the best restaurants, shops, and conveniences of the area.

The recording space is equipped with state-of-the-art Pro Tools software, complete with the latest plug-in technology.  The studio also has numerous pieces of classic outboard processing gear, ensuring that artists can access the benefits of both ‘in the box’ and ‘out of the box’ recording. The recording area itself is a large, wooden space with cathedral ceiling and central stone fireplace, and vast windows overlooking the woods. It is ideal for capturing classic ‘big room’ drum sounds, and can accommodate larger ensembles. The studio has an excellent in-house drum kit, as well as a vast array of new and vintage instruments, amps, and percussion etc., to complete the artist-centric scene.
